Akn has also recorded with Rev. Father Vertanes Oulouhodjian, a bearer of the Venice Mekhitarist tradition, the melodic versions of sharagan sung in that monastery. This is part of a joint programme of the Akn Centre and of Centro Studi e Documentazione delle Cultura Armena of Venice, which produced the CD.
